Jalisa worked with the animation and filming team at Blue Ant Media to provide realistic, though stylized, illustrations for their television series Mysteries of Evolution, Attack and Defend, and Strange Creatures Season 2 on the channel Love Nature and can now be viewed on Netflix! These illustrations were to be used by animators to help further demonstrate the unique qualities of each of the creatures represented within the specific show. Each illustration required an in-depth conversation with the art director in order to create storyboard-like roughs in how the illustration could be animated. It was an incredibly unique and enriching experience both in terms of illustrating and researching the creatures that were to be illustrated!
